Functie

The current AML team is located in Amsterdam and consists of the General Compliance / Operations Manager and a Senior Investor Relations Officer. To extend the Amsterdam team, Marktlink is looking for an energetic Medior CDD Analyst (full time) with a “hit-the-ground-running” mentality that can help the company with the CDD (Customer Due Diligence) for their investors (this vacancy). De cliëntenkring is divers en bestaat uit onder meer financiële instellingen, private equity fondsen en grote ondernemingen. Meestal wordt in zaken gewerkt in een team van een partner en een of meer medewerkers/stagiaires, maar bij grotere zaken wordt nauw samengewerkt met advocaten uit andere praktijkgroepen, zoals; Corporate M&A en Finance. Functie

Door de groei van de praktijk is binnen het insolventie- en herstructureringsteam behoefte aan een advocaat-medewerker met ongeveer 3 tot 6 jaar ervaring, bij voorkeur op het gebied van insolventie en herstructureringen. Ervaring met en liefde voor het goederenrecht dan wel met financiering en zekerheden is vereist. Je vindt het leuk om zaken zelfstandig te behandelen en je neemt graag ‘ownership’ over dossiers. Je bent flexibel, collegiaal en je hebt een gezonde portie relativeringsvermogen. The Director Corporate Compliance & Ethics – Europe will, together with the Global Vice President of Compliance develop, implement and oversee our client’s European enterprise corporate compliance department and programs. This position will be responsible for key compliance initiatives in Europe, including policies and procedures, internal investigations, training, compliance counseling, diligence screening and compliance risk assessments. • Provide subject-matter expertise and day-to-day, international (country-specific) and local guidance on relevant compliance and related regulatory matters in Europe, including, without limitation, anti-bribery and corruption, anti-money laundering, ESG (including modern slavery), data privacy (including GDPR), cyber and data security, customs and trade compliance, whistleblowing, sanctions and antitrust.
• Develop policies, procedures, and processes to comply with applicable jurisdictional law, regulations and policies, contract requirements and European best practice.
• Develop and implement effective monitoring of compliance, in partnership with internal audit and business leaders.
• Develop and conduct mandatory compliance training and awareness programs.
